Hello all,
Attached please find the 2026 maintenance fee schedule to send to Melanie. The fee will remain $1,250.00. If you still would like auto deduct, please let Melanie know.

The roofs are being replaced on buildings A & B next week. New fascia on buildings C & D. I do not have specific dates as it is dependent on weather and materials.
