The Lockwood Terrace Condominiums started in 1979 and are located within The San Carlos Golf Course and the San Carlos Park of Fort Myers, Florida. Our 32 units all have golf course views and are centrally located in vibrant, sun soaked Fort Myers, the Palm City of the Gulf Coast. The Association was started in 2007.
